• All payments are to be made in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

6. Shipping and Delivery

• Risk of loss and title for items purchased from Desert Haven Decor pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
• It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. Desert Haven Decor is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect details.

7. Returns and Refunds

Our return and refund policy is as follows:

• For standard retail items, returns may be accepted within a specified period from the date of purchase, provided the item is in its original condition. Specific details will be provided at the time of purchase.
• Custom-designed or fabricated furniture pieces are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once production has commenced, except in cases of manufacturing defects or significant deviation from agreed-upon specifications.
